Maybe there is a glow in the dark lining to Japan nuclear dark cloud

If this is true, maybe there is a glow in the dark lining to Japan's nuclear dark cloud, at least for southern California's real estate woes. No doubt, a lot of Japanese folk will need to leave the islands, if only to get away from the ever spreading radiation zone. How can we help them and help ourselves? Easy, drop all the barriers to Japanese immigration to The States. They get a reasonably safe, non-radioactive place to live; we get a lot (smart, college educated) people who need to buy houses. Where am I wrong?
